These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and n777bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the n777bet platform — including its website, mobile browser interface, games, sportsbook, live casino, promotions, and support services — you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

In the event of any conflict between translated versions and the English original, the English version shall prevail. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The platform does not charge internal transaction fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which n777bet accepts no responsibility.

Minimum deposit amounts, minimum withdrawal amounts, and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction in the platform cashier. n777bet processes withdrawal requests within 1–5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals may be delayed if additional verification is required under our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

5 Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion's detail page.
• Only one promotional bonus may be claimed per player per promotion period. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via secondary accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.
• Welcome bonuses are available exclusively to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Existing players who create a new account to claim a welcome bonus are in violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.

6 User Obligations

As a registered player on n777bet, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following obligations are binding on all users of the platform:

• You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the n777bet platform or its underlying systems.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, any other user's account, or any server or network connected to n777bet.

• You must not use funds from criminal activity to deposit into your n777bet account. The platform has a duty to report suspected money laundering activity to the relevant authorities.
• You must conduct yourself respectfully in any live chat or customer support interaction. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward support staff will result in immediate account suspension.
• You must keep your login credentials secure. n777bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.

Violation of any of the obligations outlined in this section may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances including real money and bonus funds, and reporting of the activity to relevant authorities where legally required. n777bet's decisions in matters of user conduct are final and binding.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Players may request the closure of their n777bet account at any time by contacting the support team at support@n777bet. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process the account closure within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

n777bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against n777bet without prior contact with our support team.
• Use of VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology to mask your geographic location.
• Discovery that a player is under 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Legal obligation — for example, following a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.

8 Liability & Disputes

n777bet provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we do not guarantee that access to the platform will be continuous, uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of all or parts of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n777bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Errors in odds or game results caused by data feed failures from third-party sports data providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or other circumstances outside our control.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, or account transaction, you must contact n777bet support within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. To raise a dispute, email support@n777bet with your account username, the date and nature of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. Our team will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

n777bet's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, bonus eligibility, and account conduct are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using the n777bet platform, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts relevant to your place of residence in Bangladesh for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled through our internal dispute process.
